Which username and password do I have to enter to access the servers?
To access the Self Care section, your primary email address and password would be required (if you can't remember your password, this can be reset by technical support over the phone after confirming your ID). From Self Care, additional email usernames and passwords can be adjusted and then used to log into individual email accounts and to upload Web pages. For logging into the My Account section, a separate profile would be created with a username that you select (this does not have to be an email address but one can be used if it is easier to remember).
