I can't receive any email. Why is this happening?

You must have the correct server name specified to receive email (Cogeco's incoming mail server is pop.cogeco.ca). Also, be sure to specify your full email address as the username, including the @cogeco.ca part of the address. If you have further questions please contact Technical Support.
