How do I change my email password?
You are able to reset your email password online in a few easy steps:
1. Log in to the My Account feature, found at my.cogeco.ca. If you do not already have a My Account login and password, you will be given the opportunity to create a new profile.
2. Click on "Change e-Mail password"
3. Enter the e-mail address you want to change the password for
4. Enter the new password
5. Confirm the password
6. Click the Continue button
At this point, you may now login to your email inbox using the new password.
