I can't connect to a Web site. What is causing this?

If it is only a certain site that is down and other sites are still connecting, this is likely an issue with that particular host server. If the host server is down, no one will be able to visit any pages at that site. This would have to be fixed on the server's end and could not be resolved by Cogeco.
