How will I be billed for going over my monthly Internet usage?
Your Internet usage is tracked on a monthly basis and will be reset at the start of each calendar month (remaining bandwidth will not roll over). If you go over your monthly limit, you will see a new section on your bill titled Internet Usage which will tell you by how many gigabytes you exceeded the limit, the charge per gigabyte and the total charge applied. To view your current usage and a three-month history, you can visit the My Account section of our website. To compare Internet packages, including details on usage charges, see the following chart.
