Some customers may have lost connection briefly, or may not have service with their Internet and Home Phone. As a result of this, you may by hearing a busy signal or have no dial tone. Please attempt to reset your modem by unplugging the power from the modem and removing the battery or inserting a pin into the reset button on the back of the modem for 10 seconds. After the reset, wait several minutes for all the lights come back on. You will also need to reset your router if you have one. If after performing these steps, you still do not have service, please contact Technical Support and a representative would be happy to assist 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
