What is VOD or Video on Demand and how does it work?
Video on Demand is an exclusive feature of digital cable that allows you to rent movies and programs from the comfort of your home. You can pause, forward or rewind these programs with your Cogeco remote just like you would with a DVD or VCR. There are charges applied for movies from the regular VOD menu, but you also have a wide selection of Free VOD that can be accessed through the VOD menu or by turning to the channels in the 600s. If you are ever unsure of the price of an order, it will be listed in the info screen (or listed as $0.00 if it is free). For information on VOD channels, you can learn more here.
