Using the Internet usage tool
Don’t lose track of your Internet usage! Stay on top of it with Cogeco’s handy Internet usage tool. Here’s how to use it. Step 1: Select the High Speed Internet package you want to see your usage for.  Step 2: After you click the Current monthly Internet usage tab, you will see how many megabytes or gigabytes you have downloaded and uploaded this month for a given MAC address.  Step 3: Here is an example of the information you will see for the 3-month history of Internet usage. It lets you track changes in your habits month after month.  Step 4: To help you manage your Internet usage, when you reach 85% and 100% of your usage limit, Cogeco will send you an email to your Cogeco account.  Step 5: You also have access to a history of e-mail notifications. This shows you the notifications that were sent with the time and date.  Step 6: Internet usage for the current month is available in two different formats: a bar chart and a table. Both of them show daily usage information for your downloads and uploads.  |
