• Directory assistance usage (411)

Here is how to access your calling history:

Step 1: Tell us your account number and address

Step 2: Choose a username, password and a security question, and set your preferences

Step 3: Confirm the information you've provided

Step 4: Read the terms and conditions

Step 5: Receive your confirmation

Step 6: After accessing your account, clicking on "View my Phone Usage" you'll have access to the details of your long distance and international calls (calls 1010, 411 (directory assistance) and 1-900 are not displayed).
