The customer must not use the Business Phone service for telemarketing, autodialing, continuous or extensive call forwarding, fax broadcasting or fax blasting.The customer is wholly responsible for fraudulent calls made as a result of unauthorized access to his telephone systems. The use of call transfer, conference calls and call forwarding options may be subject to long distance charges for calls that are not included in your package. Customers with a 1- or 3- year term commitment can upgrade to an enhanced package at any time with no change fee. Customers with a 1- or 3-year term commitment who switch to a more basic package will be charged a processing fee of $50 and may only do so once in a 6-month period. The Business Internet packages are designed for businesses only, excluding ISPs or other resellers of Internet access to provide connections to third parties. Cogeco reserves the right to take any actions deemed appropriate should the customer exceed the prescribed bandwidth limitations, as set out on the general terms of service and the Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”). Channels may vary per region. The purchase or rental of a digital receiver is required to access Digital Television service from Cogeco. A 1% recurring charge will be applied to your monthly TV service and collected for the CRTC’s Local Programming Fund (LPIF). The LPIF fee applies only in certain areas based on the CRTC rules. Please note that public broadcasting of some music and television programming, including movies and sporting events, may require additional licensing agreements and may involve the payment of additional fees and royalties. Some channels found in the Cogeco television line-up may not be available for public broadcast.
