Installation, activation and network connection charges may apply for non-standard installations. If the customer terminates the agreement before the expiry of his fixed term commitment, the lesser of following termination fee will be applied: i) repayment of any initial promotional credits and repayment of the free standard installation ($129.95 value), plus an administration fee of $250 per service, plus $100 per additional phone line and ii) the remaining fees for the commitment period. Cannot be combined with any other promotion on the same service. The savings amounts reflect the price of individual services without term commitment. At the end of the fixed term commitment, the then current monthly fee shall apply, unless the customer agrees to a new fixed term commitment under the conditions then applicable. Promotions are limited to new customers of the service in question or those who have disconnected their service for more than 6 months. Service installation and activation must take place within four weeks from the date of making the commitment unless additional time is required by the Cogeco technical service. Channels may vary per region. The purchase or rental of a digital receiver is required to access Digital Television service from Cogeco. HD channels are available with the subscription to the equivalent channel in standard definition. HD receiver required. Subscription to an additional package in standard definition may be required. A 1% recurring charge will be applied to your monthly TV service and collected for the CRTC’s Local Programming Fund (LPIF). The LPIF fee applies only in certain areas based on the CRTC rules. Please note that public broadcasting of some music and television programming, including movies and sporting events, may require additional licensing agreements and may involve the payment of additional fees and royalties. Some channels found in the Cogeco television line-up may not be available for public broadcast. It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure that they have appropriate license approval for public broadcasting.
