Viewing your Internet usage
To benefit from the internet usage verification tool, you must have opened an account on the cogeco.ca website.
If you have already subscribed:
Log in to "My account".
Once there, choose "Internet Usage".
To help you manage your Internet usage, when you reach 85% and 100% of your usage limit, Cogeco will send you an email to your Cogeco account.
If you have not yet subscribed:
Simply follow these five easy steps:Step 1: Go to the registration page. Click on “New User - Subscribe”. Enter your account number and your address.
Step 2: Choose a user name, a password and a security question, then set your preferences.
Step 3: Confirm the information that you have given.
Step 4: Read the conditions.
Step 5: You will receive a confirmation of your subscription at the email address indicated in your contact information.
Available where technology permits. Taxes not included. Installation and/or activation fees may apply. Limited time offer. Cannot be combined with any other promotion on the same service. Promotions are limited to new customers or those who have disconnected their service for more than 6 months. A minimum commitment period corresponding to the promotion and billed at the same address is required to benefit from the promotional prices To take advantage of offers, services must be grouped together on one invoice. A fee of $75 per service will be charged to customers who disconnect their service before the end of the promotional period. Photos are for illustrative purposes only.
Download speeds can vary with Internet traffic, server or other factors. After the promotional period, the standard rate will apply. A 12-month subscription is required. Modem rental included in all prices. Wi-Fi hotspots are free to access for Cogeco High Speed Internet subscribers and via pay-per-use for non-Cogeco subscribers. The Cogeco Security Services suite is $2 per month with Cogeco High Speed Internet Express 4 and Express 8 and is included in all other packages. Additional Internet usage: Usage rates may be changed by Cogeco upon 30-day notice. We wish to remind you that these additional charge and maximum limit do not limit in any way our contractual right to temporarily suspend or restrict your access to your Internet service or to take any other actions deemed appropriate, if your consumption exceeds a reasonable limit, as determined by Cogeco in its sole judgment, or for any other violation of the Acceptable Use Policy or Terms & Conditions, in accordance with the terms of such Acceptable Use Policy and Terms & Conditions documents. High Speed Internet Express 4, data transfer capacity of 15 GB per month, $1.50/additional GB, $50 monthly maximum applies. High Speed Internet Express 8, data transfer capacity of 40 GB per month, $1.50/additional GB, $50 monthly maximum applies. High Speed Internet Turbo 14, data transfer capacity of 80 GB per month, $1.50/additional GB, $50 monthly maximum applies. High Speed Internet Turbo 20, data transfer capacity of 80 GB per month, $1.50/additional GB, $50 monthly maximum applies. High Speed Internet Ultimate 30, data transfer capacity of 175 GB per month, $1.00/additional GB, with no monthly billing limit. High Speed Internet Ultimate 50, data transfer capacity of 250 GB per month, $1.00/additional GB, with no monthly billing limit.
