As a Cogeco Home Phone customer, you have access to your current monthly phone usage and three-month usage history.
Here are the following details you can view:
- Long distance calls within Canada and to the United States;
- International calls;
- Your usage of the Directory Assistance Service (411).
Legal Information
Available where technology permits. Taxes not included. Installation and/or activation fees may apply. Limited time offer. Cannot be combined with any other promotion on the same service. Promotions are limited to new customers or those who have disconnected their service for more than 6 months. A minimum commitment period corresponding to the promotions and billed at the same address is required to benefit from the promotional prices. A termination fee of 75$ per service shall be charged to customers who disconnect their service prior to the end of the contract period. Photos are for illustrative purposes only.
Cogeco Home Phone is a residential service and must only be used for residential purposes. A 12 month subscription is required. The minutes included in each long distance plan offered are calculated on a calendar month basis. If the number of minutes included in the chosen long distance plan is reached within a given month, the additional minutes will be charged in extra at the then current rate, per minute per country, applicable for the remaining of the month. International Long distance plans are conditional to a subscription to one of our Home Phone packages.
