Change to Cogeco TiVo equipment Not sure of the equipment you have

Why do some of my channels say 'Subscription Service'?

The Subscription Service message means that your digital receiver is not programmed to receive that channel.

Sometimes your receiver “forgets” which channels are authorized on it.

Ensure that all of your connections from the cable coming from the wall all the way to your Television are correct and firmly attached.

If you encounter this message, you can try resetting your receiver by logging into your My Account page. From there, you can send a signal to your receiver to reset it.

  1. Log into My Account
  2. Select “My Devices” from the menu.
  3. Select the “Activate/Reactivate” button beside the receiver that is experiencing the issue.
  4. Read through and check off each of the checkboxes and then click Confirm.

If after performing these steps, your receiver still shows Subscription Service on channels  you should be receiving, contact our Customer Service team.
