How do I change my phone number?

If you are an existing Cogeco customer and would like to change your existing phone number, please contact Cogeco’s Customer Support. The change will take effect within 5 business days.

If you would like to have your phone number changed to Cogeco from another phone service provider, a complete phone service must be installed. Please visit the telephone packages section on our website or contact us to order.
