What do I do if I cannot connect one of my devices to my wireless network with a Cogeco Wireless Modem?
Please follow the steps bellow to connect devices to your wireless network:
- Check your default or Service Set Identifier (SSID) information to ensure that you are attempting to connect to the correct network and verify you are using the correct password.
- Make sure that your wireless connectivity is enabled on your device.
- If you are still unable to connect with your device, try accessing another wireless connection and see if the device is able to connect. If you are able to connect please contact our Technical Support for assistance.
