How do I sign in to My Account?
If you have already subscribed to My Account go to the My Cogeco page:
If you have not yet subscribed, simply follow these seven easy steps:
- Go to My Cogeco page and click on “New user? Register to My account”.
- Enter your account number
- To help us confirm your identity, please enter one of the following:
If you selected a PIN and/or from 1 to 3 security questions during a phone conversation with a customer service agent, you can:
Enter your PIN
Enter the answer to one of your security questions
If you have not already selected a PIN or a security question with a customer service agent:
Enter your postal code and street number
Choose a user name, a password. You will be asked to set 2 security questions in order to retrieve you user name and password in the future. Then you can set your preferences.
Confirm the information that you have given.
Read the conditions.
You will receive an email confirming your subscription in the email account which appears in your contact information.
