Can I use a digital receiver that I didn't purchase from Cogeco?

Only receivers from authorized retailers can be activated on the Cogeco system. If you come into possession of a previously owned Cogeco receiver, it can be activated on your account. Cogeco reserves the right to refuse activation of a terminal if the terminal does not respect current company standards.


Note: It is always recommended to call us with the serial number of a receiver before purchasing it so that we can verify that it was a purchased receiver and not an unreturned rental.
