How can I change my channel subscription or make changes to my existing Cogeco services?
We recommend you look at the Packages section or the Channels section of our website to decide which channels you would like and which packages include which channels.
The account holder or an authorized user on the account must contact our customer service department and speak to one of our agents personally. We can then make the necessary changes to your account and activate the services right away.
