Why can’t I record with my receiver?

This could be due to any number of reasons. First, there could be a connection issue. Check the cable running from the box to the NAS to make sure it is securely connected on both ends.

Be sure to inspect the cable for any damage. It could also be an issue with the signal to the receiver. Call our Technical Support for additional troubleshooting.
