How do I automatically forward calls from a specific number to another number? (*63)

You can use *63 to create a Call Forwarding list. Calls made from the numbers included on this list will automatically be forwarded to the number of your choice when they attempt to call you. Since only numbers that are configured beforehand will be forwarded, this feature will not affect all the calls you receive.

To configure, activate or deactivate Call Forwarding:

  • Dial *63.
    • Follow the verbal instructions.

To use this feature, you must be a Call Screen subscriber.
