‘Highest Customer Service’ Award

The Cogeco Call Centers won the 2013 ‘’Highest Customer Service’’ award of excellence in the Telecommunications/TV category, awarded by SQM (Service Quality Measurement).

SQM (Service Quality Measurement) benchmarks over 450 leading North American call centers on an annual basis and has been conducting first call resolution (FCR), customer satisfaction (Csat) and employee satisfaction (Esat) call center benchmarking studies since 1996.

Some of North America’s most successful organizations have participated in SQM’s Benchmarking Study to qualify for SQM’s service excellence awards program.

Our Burlington Call Center employees celebrated this prestigious award with great pride!
