How can we help you?
How do I block calls from certain numbers? (*60)
The *60 feature allows you to block calls from a specific telephone number. When a number from your Selective Call Rejection list attempts to call you, the call is blocked and the caller hears a message informing him/her that the call was rejected.
To change, activate or deactivate your Selective Call Rejection:
- Dial *60.
- Follow the verbal instructions.
Selective Call Rejection has priority over all other calling features that may be activated for a single number. For example, if you apply Selective Call Rejection and Distinctive Ringing to the same number, the call will be blocked and you will not hear the phone ring.
To use this feature, you must be a Call Screen subscriber.
