How do I configure my Call Forwarding service? (* 72)

You can use Call Forwarding when it is included in your Home Phone plan.

 The calls you receive when this feature is activated will automatically be directed to the number of your choice, even a cell phone or pager number. The caller is not aware that their call is being forwarded.

  • To activate Call Forwarding, dial *72.
  • To deactivate Call Forwarding, dial *73.

If no one answers the forwarded call, the caller will be directed to the original number’s Voice Mail, unless the forwarding number has voice mail that is activated in fewer rings than the original number. For Cogeco, the default number of rings before voice mail picks up is 4. You can change the number of rings by dialling 23 #.
