Why isn’t my Call Display working?

There are several possible causes to this problem.

First, check the User Guide for your telephone. Some models, often the most recent, are not compatible with Call Display.

If your phone is compatible with the service and Call Display still doesn’t work, the problem may be with the telephone’s inner wiring. To check, unplug the phone wire from the back of your modem and plug your phone directly into this jack.

If your calls are still not displayed, your phone may not be compatible with our service.
