Can I install the Whole Home DVR system myself?

No.  The Whole Home DVR solution must work as a network inside your home so a Cogeco technician will come to your home to install the system.   Once the network is installed, receivers may not function properly if they are later swapped or moved to different outlets. You may need to schedule a home visit to make such changes.
