What time will the technician come to my house?
Cogeco schedules daily appointments for all customers requiring installation or repairs. However, we cannot guarantee the precise time that the technician will arrive, as the amount of work for each client varies based on house configuration.
To reduce your wait time, we do offer narrower appointment windows (within a two- to three-hour period); however, these appointments must be booked well in advance in certain areas.
