The HD-PVR digital receiver converts the standard-definition picture into the format at which the HD-PVR receiver is set (480p, 720p or 1080i).

The output resolution can be adjusted by following the steps below:

Step 1: Turn the receiver off
Step 2: Press the Menu/Settings button to bring up the Optimization Menu
Step 3: Select the resolution of your TV in the DVI/YPbPr Output field

To exit the menu, turn the receiver off again.

Please note that certain resolutions may cut the picture on the TV and only display the resolution on the LED on the front of the receiver.
