Within 24 hours of ordering the movie you will be able to resume from where you left off. To do so, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Go to My Rentals
Step 2: Select the title (it will have a check mark beside it to signify that it has been viewed)
Step 3: Press OK on your digital cable receiver remote control
Step 4: Select the Resume option

Each video rental last 24 hours. After 24 hours, you need to rent the movie again, then select the title and Fast Forward to where you left off.
