I have forgotten my email password. What should I do?

If you have forgotten the password for any of your cogeco.ca email addresses contact us. If you know your password(s) and want to change them, you can change them from the My Account section of our website. Go to my.cogeco.ca to create a profile or log in to the My Account section. Passwords for Windows, screensavers, and software profiles are built into your computer's software and cannot be accessed or changed by our technical support.
