How do I set up my email?

When setting up your email client or software, most settings can be left at their defaults.

You will need to, however, enter your email address as your username and change the mail server settings using lowercase letters:

  • Cogeco's incoming (POP3) email server is pop.cogeco.ca
  • Cogeco's outgoing (SMTP) email server is smtp.cogeco.ca
  • The DNS should be set to auto-detect from the DHCP.
