Call Display lets you see the name and phone number of the person who's calling before you pick up the phone. You can decide to answer or let the call go to Voice Mail.

Call Waiting
Call Waiting lets you put a current call on hold to take a new incoming call. You'll never miss another important call, and your line will never be busy. Call Waiting is automatically activated with Cogeco Business Phone.

Visual Call Waiting
Visual Call Waiting lets you see, on your telephone display, the name and number of an incoming call when you're already on the phone. This feature combines the benefits of Call Display and Call Waiting and helps you manage your calls the way you want.

Call Forwarding
When you are not at home, you can easily redirect incoming calls to another phone number. You will never again miss an urgent call. Not to worry, you can still make out-going calls when this function is activated.

Three-way Calling
With Three-way Calling, you can talk to two people at the same time, no matter where they are. You can also talk privately to one person until you're ready to conference in the third party. It's the perfect tool for meetings by phone.

Call Transfer
When you need to transfer a caller to another phone number, just press the hookswitch or the Flash button (your caller will be put on hold). After the dial tone, just dial the number you want to transfer the call to. When the third party answers, you can talk to them privately before transferring the call or just press again on the hookswitch or Flash button and hang up to complete the transfer.

Line Hunting feature available on up to 12 Cogeco lines
Cogeco Business Phone lets you activate multiple lines to which you can add the line hunting functionality at no extra charge. This allows you to group your lines and avoid missing calls. Line Hunting functionality distributes calls placed to a single number to a group of phone lines. If a line is busy, the call searches for an idle line in the group and is directed there. To enable this function, Line Hunting requires a minimum of 3 lines. Line Hunting functionality is compatible with most key system phone equipment.

Standard installation (a $129.95 value) is free for customers taking a term commitment of 1 or 3 years. Activation and network connection charges may apply for non-standard installations, or for customers not already on or near the Cogeco network. Free installation may need to be repaid if customer cancels before one year of service. The customer must not use the Business Phone service for telemarketing (including without limitation charitable or political solicitation or polling), autodialing, continuous or extensive call forwarding, fax broadcasting or fax blasting. The customer is wholly responsible for any telephony equipment attached to Cogeco’s network, as well as any fraudulent calls made as a result of unauthorized access to the customer’s telephone systems, and as such the customer is strongly advised to put in place robust security controls. Cogeco business phone line hunting is compatible with most telephone key systems. Fees may apply for the installation of additional phone lines. The limited time offer (1st Phone line at $39.95/month, additional lines at $29.95/month each) is valid between May 1st and May 31st, 2012 for the Cogeco Business Phone service with a 36-month commitment when combined with any Business High Speed Internet for the duration of the commitment. Installation and activation of the service must take place within four weeks after the commitment date unless an extra delay is required by Cogeco technical service. At the expiration of the 36-month period, the then current (no commitment) monthly rate will apply unless the client agrees to a new commitment period. Specific early cancellation processing fees (including repayment of the $10/month promo + standard early cancellation fees of $200) may apply if the customer cancels the commitment before the expiration date. Free Domain Name registration attached to the limited time offer (a $19.95/year value) is applicable as long as the commitment for Internet and Phone is valid. At the end of the limited time offer, or when Phone is not bundled with Internet, the following rules will apply. The following Business Phone prices (1st Phone line at $49.95/month, additional lines at $29.95/month each)) are valid with a 36-month commitment when the service is combined with any Business Internet or Business TV service for the duration of the commitment. At the expiration of the 36-month period, the then current (no commitment) monthly rate will apply unless the client agrees to a new commitment period. Early cancellation fees of $200 may apply if the customer cancels the commitment before the expiration date. At anytime, for a 12-month commitment, the following rules will apply. The following Business phone prices (1st Phone line at $59.95/month, additional lines at $39.95/month each) are valid with a 12-month commitment when the service is combined with any Business Internet or Business TV service for the duration of the commitment. At the expiration of the 12-month period, the then current (no commitment) monthly rate will apply unless the client agrees to a new commitment period. Early cancellation fees of $200 may apply if the customer cancels the commitment before the expiration date.
