View your Phone Usage
To take advantage of our phone usage tool you need to have an account on our cogeco.ca website.
If you are already subscribed:
Log in to "My account"
Once there, choose “Phone Usage”. You will gain access to a usage history of your long-distance calls. Note that calls to 1010, 411 (directory assistance) and 1-900 will not appear.
If you are not yet subscribed:
Simply follow these five easy steps:
Step 1: Go to the registration page. Click on "New User - Subscribe". Enter your account number and your address.
Step 2: Choose a user name, password and security question, and set your preferences.
Step 3: Confirm the information you provided.
Step 4: Review the Terms and Conditions.
Step 5: You will receive confirmation of your registration at the email address you provided in your details.
After logging into your account, click on "View your phone usage”. You will gain access to a usage history of your long-distance calls. Note that calls to 1010, 411 (directory assistance) and 1-900 will not appear.

Preauthorized debits or credit card payments and service bundling on a single invoice are required. A termination fee shall be charged to customers who disconnect their service prior to the end of the contract period. Such fee shall be equal to the rebate on the sales price of the equipment, amortized over the term of the contract and multiplied by the number of months remaining in the contract period. In the absence of such a rebate, the termination fee shall be equal to the lesser of $50 or 10% of the total monthly fee remaining in the contract period for each service. Cogeco Home Phone is a residential service and must only be used for residential purposes. The minutes included in each long distance plan offered are calculated on a calendar month basis. If the number of minutes included in the chosen long distance plan is reached within a given month, the additional minutes will be charged in extra at the then current rate, per minute per country, applicable for the remaining of the month. International Long distance plans are conditional to a subscription to one of our Home Phone packages. After the promotional period of 3 months, the then current standard rate will apply.
