How can I make changes to my Cogeco Internet package?

Information about our Internet packages is available in the Internet Packages section to decide which internet package best suits your current needs.

The account holder or an authorized user on the account must then contact our customer service department and speak to one of our agents personally. We can then make the necessary changes to your account and activate the services for you.
