What do I do if I forgot the password to My Account?
You can reset your My Account password with the Forgot Password? link.
- Go to My Account
- Click on the “Forgot Password?” link under the My Account login button
- Enter your username and the e-mail address linked to My Account
- Confirm your identity by answering the security question. You will then receive an e-mail from Cogeco
- Click on the “Reset password” button in the email you will receive
- Choose a new password then confirm it by entering it again in the second field
- Click on the “Save” button
- Your new password has been saved, you can now use it to log in to My Account
