Will I be charged for calls to Cogeco’s technical support?

Cogeco does not charge for service calls that are related to our equipment or services. This includes faulty digital receivers, issues with wiring we installed and signal problems.

The only time Cogeco charges for technical assistance is when the cause of the issue is not Cogeco-related, such as a faulty TV/VCR, self-installed splitters or computer software.
