How do I sign in to My Account?
If you have already subscribed to My Account go to the My Cogeco page:
If you have not yet subscribed, simply follow these seven easy steps:
- Go to My Cogeco page and click on “New user? Register to My account”.
- Enter your account number
- To help us confirm your identity, please enter one of the following:
If you selected a PIN and/or from 1 to 3 security questions during a phone conversation with a customer service agent, you can:
Enter your PIN
Enter the answer to one of your security questions
If you have not already selected a PIN or a security question with a customer service agent:
Enter your postal code and street number
- Choose a user name, a password. You will be asked to set 2 security questions in order to retrieve you user name and password in the future. Then you can set your preferences.
- Confirm the information that you have given.
- Read the conditions.
- You will receive an email confirming your subscription in the email account which appears in your contact information.
