Digital TV FAQ
How many shows can I record at the same time with my HD/DVR?
With your HD/DVR you can:
- Record two shows at the same time while watching a previously recorded show.
- You can record one show while watching a live show.
- The High Definition DVR DCT 6208 model lets you record and watch the same show or record one show while watching a previously recorded show.
In the “Recordings” menu, you can place the recordings in order of priority to ensure that your shows will be recorded even if there is a scheduling conflict or lack of space. The ones with the highest priority will take precedence, whether it is a series or a one-time recording.
Recording capacities vary between HD DVR models. It may vary from 20 to 100 hours for HD TV (depending upon the type of show and the resolution), and 100 to 350 hours for regular TV.
