What do I do if I forgot my Parental Control access Personal Identification Number (PIN)

The system allows six attempts to enter your code.

If after six tries, you cannot access your parental controls, you must wait 30 minutes before retrying to enter your PIN.

If after 30 minutes you do not remember your code, you can contact our Customer Service team and they will reset your code for you.
