What do I do if the signal is intermittent?
If your signal is intermittent, please check the following:
- Make sure the cables are properly connected.
- Make sure all connections comply with COGECO standards.
- Connect the cable directly to your TV. Sometimes, other equipment connected to the TV causes this kind of problem.
- Check the Cogeco Outages page to see if there is an outage in your area.
- If the problem persists, call our Technical Support Services to determine the cause of the problem.
