How can I change my channel subscription or make changes to my existing Cogeco services?
The Channel Selector allows you to change your existing channel selection, but does not allow you to make changes to your package. For any changes to your service (e.g. adding additional channels or changing packages), please visit our Digital Packages section to decide which channels you would like and which packages include which channels and then contact our customer service department.
You can change your existing channel selection online by clicking on « Channel Selector » in the TV section of My Account. You can change your channels as many times as you like. However, recently added channels cannot be modified for a period of 30 days.
The changes are made to your account immediately. Newly added channels should be available within moments of confirmation. If this is not the case, please try again in a few minutes. If the problem persists, please contact Customer Service.
