Can I configure my Call Forwarding remotely? (*96)

If you are not at home you can still configure your Call Forwarding remotely. However, you must first have selected a password by dialling *96 from your home phone. 

Once you have completed this step: Dial 1-866-414-4837*.

Follow the verbal instructions. You will need to give your Cogeco phone number and password.

* If you have trouble with the 1-866-414-4837, please call the following number 1-855-611-0572.

 To use this feature, you must be a Call Forwarding subscriber.
