Can I configure my Call Forwarding even if I do not have access to my home phone? (*96)
You configure your Call Forwarding from another phone. However, you must first select a password by dialling *96 from your home phone.
Once you have completed this step:
- Dial 1-866-414-4837.
- Follow the verbal instructions. You will need to give your Cogeco phone number and password.
Please note that you need a touch tone phone to configure Call Forwarding remotely.
To use this feature, you must be a Call Forwarding subscriber.
