Why are some of the channels I’m subscribed to not showing up in my guide?

Sometimes a Receiver can lose channels from the guide. If this is the case you can try unplugging the receiver for 30 seconds and then plugging it back in to see if this solves the problem.

If your Receiver still does not show your subscribed channels in your guide, contact our Customer Service team.
