Why is my on-screen menu or guide not working properly?

Ensure that all the cables connecting to the wall, to your Receiver and to your television are correctly and firmly plugged in.

If everything is connected properly, you can also try unplugging the receiver for 30 seconds and then plugging it back in to see if this resolves the problem.

If your Receiver is still having problems displaying your menus or guide, contact our Customer Service team.
