Why do some of my DVRs not appear in the My DVR list?
It may be that some equipment did not register properly when accessing the "Total Guide xD" application.
What to do?
1. Check that the devices identified in the message are on.
2. Check that they are properly connected to your cable.
3. Log back in to My Account.
4. Go back to the "Remote Recorder" application.
If the message reappears, contact our customer service.
