Your views are important to us and we value feedback on our products and services. This feedback gives us the opportunity to improve our service to you or efficiency and allows us to adjust to your needs as much as possible.

We strive to provide the best possible service, but mistakes can take place. If a mistake occurred or if you think that our performance is not satisfactory, we want to know so that we can improve and prevent it from happening again.

The Commission for Complaints for Telecom-television Services (CCTS) is an agency, independent of the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC), that can act as an ombudsman to help resolve a complaint or dispute about telecom services.

How to share a concern?

Contact the Commission for Complaints for Telecommunications Services (CCTS)

CPRST

CCTS is an independent agency of the telecommunications industry whose mandate is to resolve complaints of individual and small business customers about their telecommunications services; its structure and dispute resolution mandate were approved by the CRTC.

Please note that CCTS does not address complaints relating to broadcasting services.

If you have a complaint about your services, including local or long distance telephone service, wireless telephone service, or Internet service, you must first try to resolve it directly with your service provider, namely Cogeco.
