When you subscribe to Cogeco, you receive an email with a link (valid for a limited amount of time) to create your My Account profile.
If you cannot find this email or if it is no longer valid, please follow these steps. You will need to know your Cogeco account number (which can be found at the top of your bill) and your personal identification number (PIN). Your PIN is the 4-digit number you set up with a Cogeco customer service representative while booking your installation.
