How do I copy a message to a different folder?

To copy a message to a different folder:

  • Step 1

    Select a message from your Inbox, or any of your other folders.

  • Step 2

    Click on the down arrow to the right of the Move icon in the Inbox toolbar.

  • Step 3

    Select the option to Copy to folder.

  • Step 4

    Select which folder you want to copy the message to.

  • Step 5

    Click on OK button.

You can also move messages in Webmail by clicking on the move icon to the right of the forward icon on the top toolbar.
