How do I notify Cogeco of a late payment?

If you’re making a late payment by credit card through My Account, there’s no need to report it to Cogeco, as payments made in this way are posted to your account within 1 business day.

However, if you’re making a late payment using another method, please call our credit department at 1-866-232-9017 to report your payment date, method and amount. Here are our credit department’s hours of operation:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 9:00 p.m.
  • Saturday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Sunday and holidays: closed
